•   Bookings are subject to availability

•   Applications will be vetted by the Crow Gallery selection committee

•   Accepted applications will be required to pay a refundable booking deposit of €100

•   The cost of hiring the gallery space for a 2 week period is €750

•   Artists are responsible for leaving the gallery in good condition once their exhibition has finished. This includes painting the walls and removing all rubbish

• Dates of exhibition: From/Until/Opening Night (if applicable) and opening hours
• Name of artist/artists participating
• Images (web optimized jpegs) - a maximum of four
• Title, medium and dimensions of the pieces in the images supplied
• Text about your exhibition [artist's information and/or artist's statement]
• Your website (if you have one) and contact details
